The global melting of the glaciers and ice sheets has been denoting another immense toll over the ecosystem (Collins et al. 2013). Further, the climate change has been threatening to the health of the descendants of human species. This is because of the rise in freshwater shortages, disease, worsened smog and many more. All this problems has been also posing numerous economic risks that have been far outweighing the financial risks of taking action in current times. Moreover the scientists have predicted that more than 2C increase in the global temperature would lead to effective catastrophic problems (Shine 2014). Thus there would be more drought, disease famine, war, flooding. The inter-relationships between the influencing factors: At this context the mitigation has been much more promising, bringing more immediate financial scopes and possibly more visible quick effects. However seeing the trends in carbon-di-oxide emission and the changes in the surroundings, the adaptation in most of the cases is the primary way to deal with it.
